No audio, or the audio is too low

Is the audio cable connected correctly?
Is the volume too low?
Is it connected with an HDMI cable?
Cannot make settings on the control panel

Have you checked the Event ID?

About Event ID

Check the event ID and perform the remedy given below. If you cannot resolve the problem, contact your
local dealer or the nearest Epson repair center.

Try disconnecting the cable from the Audio (L-R) port, and then
reconnecting.
Adjust the volume so that you can hear the audio.
If no audio is output when connecting via an HDMI cable, set the
connected equipment to PCM output.
If Control Panel Lock is set to On from the Configuration menu,
all of the control panel buttons except for
bled. Perform operations from the remote control.

Note that the passphrase is case sensitive; upper case and lower
case letters are treated as different characters. If you cannot re‐
member the passphrase, set a new passphrase.
Check the Event ID number and perform the following steps.
