ENGINE REMOVAL AND REMOUNTING

ENGINE REMOVAL

Before taking the engine out of the frame, wash the engine
using a steam cleaner. Engine removal is sequentially explained
in the following steps.
• Drain engine oil. (
• Remove the fuel tank cover. (
• Remove the footrest mudguard (left and right). (
• Remove the left footrestbar. (
• Remove the front fender. (
• Remove the spark plug cap 1 .
• Remove the connector. ( 2 and 3 ).
• Remove the air cleaner assembly 5 .
