ENGINE REMOVAL AND REMOUNTING

ENGINE REMOVAL

Before taking the engine out of the frame, wash the engine
using a steam cleaner. Engine removal is sequentially explained
in the following steps.
• Drain engine coolant. (%2-15)
• Drain engine oil. (%2-13)
• Remove the fuel tank and fuel tank lower cover. (%5-4)
• Remove the oil return tank. (%6-23)
• Remove the oil tank. (%6-22)
• Remove the spark plug cap 1.
• Disconnect the over-flow hose 2 and breather hose 3.
• Disconnect the engine coolant inlet hose 4, brather hose 5
and engine coolant outlet hose 6.
• Remove the throttle body assembly. (%5-14)
