Press Menu/Set. The caller ID of the last call will appear on the display.
If no ID is stored, the beeper will sound and "NO CALLER ID" will appear on the
display.

Caller ID number, wait until the screen
prompts you to press the Start key.

Press Start.
If you wish to send a fax, insert a document
into the feeder.
Then press Start.
To cancel the Call Reply (for example, when you selected the Wrong Caller ID),
simply press Stop and begin again ; the Caller ID will not be lost.
Clearing the Caller ID Stored in Memory

For the effective use of the memory, it is recommended that you should clear the
Caller ID stored into memory by pressing Erase when the display shows the number.

Distinctive Ringing (Telstra™ Fax Stream Duet
Your machine has a Distinctive Ringing function, allowing you to dedicate one phone
number just for receiving faxes.
This machine feature lets you use the Distinctive Ringing subscriber service offered
by Telstra's FaxStream
telephone numbers on the phone line. Each phone number has its own Distinctive
Ringing pattern, so you know which phone number is ringing. This is one way you can
have a separate phone number for your machine.
You can switch it off temporarily, then turn it back on. When you get a new fax
number, make sure you reset this function.
