Open the telephone book to tag the execu-
tive entry as VIP.
Display and process the desired entry.
Set "VIP number" to "Yes". This entry is

If required, select further entries as execu-

Use intercom system
Keep handset on–hook.
Secretary Select telephone book entry or press desti-
nation key.
Press the "Handsfree" key or lift handset.
e.g.
Do not press the "Monitor" key!
The handsfree facility of the secretary set
will automatically be switched on. Both ex-
tensions can now talk to each other.
Note:
If you carry out these steps in the opposite
order or if you dial using the "Monitor" key a
normal call will be made.
