    Preface The Digital Disk Recorder WJ-HD88 is a professional security product with eight video and audio inputs. It is capable of recording high-quality video/audio data over an extended period of time. In addition to image recording and playback, the many features of the WJ-HD88 include motion detection, external alarm recording, remote operation via a network, and net- work communication.

  • Page 12 4. Ready the hard disk and install wire jumpers. To connect two hard disks to one IDE interface, make sure to designate one as the Master HDD and the other the Slave HDD. If only one hard disk is connected, make this the Master HDD. (For connection of the Master and Slave HDD, refer to the operating instructions of the hard disk.) Pay attention to the following when choosing the connection position of the Master and Slave HDD.
