Highlight a reason and press the Select softkey.

Press the Ok softkey to decline the call. The calling party receives a busy
signal and the reject reason appears on their display.
Press the Cancel softkey to cancel the decline. The original ringing display
appears.
Ignoring a call
You can stop an incoming call from ringing (see

To ignore an incoming ringing call

Press the Ignore softkey.

Press the Ok softkey to pass the call. Your ring list routes the call. When the
ring list is exhausted, the caller receives a busy signal.
Press the Cancel softkey to cancel the ignore process. The original ringing
display appears.

Sending and receiving instant messages

Your i2004 Internet Telephone beeps to alert you when you receive a new instant
message (IM) and shows the message on the display.
