Declaration of Conformity with Regard to the EU Directive
93/42/ECC
This device cannot be categorized as a medical device in order to perform
diagnostic, monitoring and treatment functions, as defined in the Medical
Directive. However, it does conform to the EMC requirements of the Medical
Directive 93/42/EEC. As such, it can be used for other applications in a
medical environment without causing interference to the medical electrical
equipment if operated according to the instructions described in the user
manual for this device.
The following standards were applied during the assessment of the Cisco
Unified Wireless IP Phone 7920 Series against the requirements of the
Directives 1999/5/EC and 93/42/ECC:
