Problem
The headset is placed into

mains power supply
Rechargeable battery is deep
discharged

Microphone rubs on the cheek or
perhaps the beard
Distance between base station and

and the headband do not make good
contact
Overaged rechargeable battery

Possible solution
Connect the base station to the mains power
supply (see page 11).
Wait several minutes until the charging process
starts.
Connect the base station to the mains power
