Q19: My tablet does not connect to my computer via USB. What can
be the problem?
Answer:
It seems that your computer is reading the Tablet 7 as a media device instead of USB mass
storage.
Please follow these steps:
• Make sure the Tablet 7 power is on
• Connect the USB cable to tablet, and the other end into the USB port in your computer/
laptop.
• Wait until a notification on the device pops up.
• On the bottom right of your tablet home screen, there will be a line stating that the USB is
connected or not.
Click on this line.
• Select 'USB Storage' and make sure it is on.
