Q1: Why won't the Tablet 7 power on?
Answer:
• The tablet may need to be recharged. Insure that the AC adaptor is plugged-in correctly,
and allow the tablet to charge.
• If you are aware that the tablet is charged, try resetting it by pressing the RESET button.
Q2: I'm not hearing any sound in my headphones/earphones.
Answer:
• The volume may be set to "0". Adjust the volume accordingly.
• Check the volume of the file you are attempting to play.
• Confirm that the headphones/earphones are properly connected to the tablet
headphone/earphone output jack.
Q3: I want to display/use a different language than the one shown.
Answer:
• You will need to set the your default language. Go to Settings, then Language & input
(under PERSONAL), and select Language. Select the language you would prefer
displayed.
Q4: I am unable to download files from my computer.
Answer:
• Make sure you have the proper cable connection between the tablet and computer.
• Check to see if the tablet has enough memory to store the file you would like to download.
Go to Settings, then Storage (under DEVICE), and look under INTERNAL STORAGE for
Available. Compare the available amount of memory to the size of the file you're
attempting to download.
Q5: The Tablet 7 will not play some audio files.
Answer:
• The tablet will play both open, non-digital rights management (DRM) music in standard
formatted MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG and WAV format as well as audio files that have been
purchased and downloaded from the Google Play store. Content purchased and
downloaded from Google Play may have limitations with regarding to playing and/or
copying files to other devices. Check the Google Play store for details.
Q6: Tablet will not play some video files.
Answer:
• Check that the video file you're intending to play is in the correct size and format. Some
files will need to be re-encoded to be played on this tablet into a compatible-formatted
AVI, WMV, MP4, WKV, RM, RMVB, TS and FLV.
