Q7: I am unable to open a web page.
Answer:
• Check to ensure the tablet has a Wi-Fi connection.
• It is possible the website that you tried to link to does not exist any longer or is under
maintenance.
• Try accessing another website(s) just to make sure that the first website that you tried to
access was not down or inactive. You can also try accessing the website from another
device like your PC to see if the website is down.
Q8: I forgot my password or the correct lock pattern.
Answer:
• Please contact Customer Service via email or phone, and you will be given instructions
on how to do a factory reset. Please be aware that all personal data will be deleted by a
factory reset.
Q9: I downloaded an App, but don't see it on the home page.
Answer:
• Check the Launcher Tab to see if the app you downloaded is under the APP tab.
• Check the AppInstaller.
• Go to Settings, then Apps, and view the list of downloaded or all apps.
Q10: After downloading an App, it doesn't open correctly.
Answer:
• The problem may be that the App was corrupted. For instance, while in the process of
downloading the App, if you turned the power OFF while download, or if the download
App was corrupted, then your system may have become unstable. Try uninstalling the
App and then reinstall it.
Q11: Where can I get more Apps to use on my Tablet 7?
Answer:
Apps and Widgets for the Tablet 7 can be purchased or downloaded from a number of
sources. The tablet comes ready with a Google Play™ app which allows you access
everything from music, videos, eBooks and thousands of apps. Many Apps are free of
charge as well. Alternately, you can get to Google Play within a web browser at play.
google.com. Another site to download Apps is the Amazon Appstore.
Q12: How can I sync my email to the Tablet 7?
Answer:
• Go to 'Settings', scroll down to 'PERSONAL' and select 'Accounts & Sync'.
• Touch 'ADD ACCOUNT" in the upper right corner.
A pop-up window will appear, giving you the option to add a Corporate, regular Email, or
Google account (which includes Gmail.).
• Select the type of account you would like to sync with the tablet, and follow the prompts.
You will be asked for the email address/username and password.
