OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE SIDE BURNER
Cooking requires high heat for searing and proper
browning. Most foods are cooked at a "HI" heat
setting for their entire cooking time.
To begin:
1. Make sure the side burner has been leak tested
and is properly located.
2. Remove remaining packing materials.
3. Light the grill burners using the instructions on
page 13.
4. Turn the control knob(s) to "HI" setting.
5. Place the food on the side burner. If necessary,
adjust the heat setting. The control knob may
be set to any position between "HI" and "LO".
CAUTION
Do not leave the grill unattended while
cooking.
