Moving Between Active Calls

Fibernetics Digital PBX provides both an audible and
visual indicator when you receive an inbound call while you

When you see second call displayed use the down arrow

button to view options for that call.
When you receive a call when already on a call you
have 3 options:
Answer
Places your active call on hold to answer the new

incoming call
Reject
Sends the incoming call to voicemail immediately
New Call
Place a new outbound call

The screen currently shows 2 active calls as indicated in
1 2 the top right box in the display.

1. Use the Up or Down Arrow key when multiple calls are
on hold to scroll to the call you would like to resume
2. Press the Resume soft key, the other call is placed on
hold.
Option: Press the Join soft key to 3-way this call in with
your first active call. To see the Join soft key use the
More key.
