NOTE:
If the Standalone Switch Module is connected to a standard central
office line or to a DEFINITY analog circuit pack, DIP switch 2
should be set to OFF during normal operation. If the Standalone
Switch Module or Remote Module is connected to a dedicated line
that does not require dialing for connection, DIP switch 2 should be
ON during normal operation.

Do not plug the A/C adapters into the electrical outlets until
instructed to do so in the following procedure.
