98 Exchanging Messages and Using Outlook
Copy and paste text
Copy words or lines of text in your messages or e-mails and then paste them on the
current or new message.
To copy text from a message or e-mail that is being written
1.
In the message that is being written, position the cursor where you want to
start copying from.
2.
Click Menu > Copy/Paste > Select Text.
3.
Press NAVIGATION left/right until you have selected the text you want to copy
and then click Copy.
To copy text from a message or e-mail
1.
Open the message or e-mail where you want to
copy text from.
2.
Click Menu > Copy/Paste > Select Text.
3.
Use the NAVIGATION CONTROL to position the
cursor where you want to start copying and
then click Select.

Press NAVIGATION left/right until you have
selected the text you want to copy and then
click Copy.
Tip
To paste text on a text message or e-mail
In a text message or e-mail, position the cursor where you want to paste the text
and then click Menu > Copy/Paste > Paste.
Click Menu > Select All to select the whole
message.
Press NAVIGATION up or down to select the
whole line of text.
