Press SOURCE/<!> to turn on the unit.
• The first time pO»'er is tumed on. the volume will start from level /8.
Press and hold SOURCE/<!> for at least 1 second to turn
off the unit.
Detaching and Attaching the Front Panel

Turn off the unit power.

Press.! (Release) at the upper right side until the
front panel pops out.

Grasp the right side of the front panel and pUll it out.

Attaching

Insert the left side of the front panel into the main
unit. Align the groove on the front panel with the
projections on the main unit.

Push the right side of the front panel until it locks
firmly into the main unit.
• Before aI/aching thefrolll panel. make sure that there is no dirt or
dust on the connector tenninals ana no foreign object hetween the
front panel and the main unit.
• AI/ach the from panel carefully. holding the sides ofthe front panel to
avoid pushing hutlO/lS by mistake.
Adjusting Volume
Turn the Rotary encoder until the desired sound is
obtained. Volume: 0-40
Setting Time

Press and hold VIEW for at least 2 seconds.
The hour indication will blink.

Press ..... or

to adjust the hours while the time
indication is blinking.

When the hour has been adjusted, press VIEW.
The minute indication will blink.

Press ..... or

to adjust the minutes while the
time indication is blinking.

When the minute has been adjusted, press VIEW.
The setting time mode is completed.
• Hold down ..... or

to change numbers rapidly.
Controllable with Remote Control
This unit can be controlled with an optional Alpine
remote control. For details, consult your Alpine dealer.
Point the optional remote control transmitter at the
remote-control sensor.
