Rotate the knob until the media's leading edge
protrudes from the tray outlet.

Operate the cutter to cut the paper.
CAUTION: Ensure that you utilize the
cutter handle and that you do not slide your
fingers along the metal cutting bar, as it is
sharp.

Remove the piece of paper that was cut off, and
close the tray cover.

Return the media to its original location by
rotating the knob until the leading edge of the
paper can be seen in the window.
