LEFT ENGINE REASSEMBLY

SRATOR
Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK "1342"to the
threaded parts of screws.
99000-32050
STARTER CLUTCH
Locate the shim ① to the proper position.
● Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1303B"to allen bolts and
tighten with specified torque.

09900-00401 "L"type hexagon wernch(5mm)
Tightening torque
MAGNETO ROTOR
● Fit key in the key slot on the crankshaft.
● Install the magneto rotor.
● Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK SUPER "1305"
to the threaded parts of crankshaft.
● Tighten magneto rotor nut to the specified torque.
Thread lock "1342"
Thread lock super "1303B"
15-20N∙m(1.5-2.0kg∙m)
