9 Cord Hook
Securing the power cord in place using the cord hook can help prevent power loss due to the plug being pulled out if the power
cord is accidentally yanked.
10 AC IN Connector
This is for connecting the included power cord.
11 REFERENCE IN/THRU Connectors
Connect an external source device for synchronization to the REFERENCE IN connector. When supplying a synchronizing signal to
an external device via the V-800HD, use the REFERENCE THRU connector.
* For information on using an external source device for synchronizing, refer to "Connecting a Clock Source" (p. 24).
12 SD OUT Connector
Video converted to NTSC or PAL is output here, irrespective of the output format of the SDI OUT or DVI-D/HDMI OUT connectors.
* When HDCP (p. 29) is set to [ON], nothing is output from the SD OUT connector.
13 HDMI OUT Connector
Connect a multi-view monitor here (p. 9).
14 DVI-D/HDMI OUT Connectors
Connect a projector or other output equipment capable of DVI-D input. By using a conversion cable from DVI-D to HDMI, you can
also connect equipment capable of HDMI input.
15 SDI OUT Connectors
Connect a TV monitor, a video deck, or other equipment capable of SDI input.
* When the setting for HDCP signal input has been made, nothing is output from these connectors.
* When the output format is set to RGB or 480p/576p, nothing is output from these connectors.
16 RGB/COMPONENT OUT Connector
Analog RGB/component signals are output from here, irrespective of the output format of the SDI OUT or DVI-D/HDMI OUT
connectors. Separate scaling is possible for analog output.
* By using a conversion cable from mini D-Sub 15-pin type to component, you can also connect equipment capable of Y/Pb/Pr component
input.
* When HDCP (p. 29) is set to [ON], nothing is output from the RGB/COMPONENT OUT connectors.
For information on the output format setting, refer to "Selecting the Output Format" (p. 26).
