C) Attach the REAR BASE COVER to the REAR STABILIZER TUBE using 2 SCREWS (D).
D) Attach the right FRONT BASE COVER to the right side FRONT STABILIZER TUBE using 2 SCREWS (D).
E) Repeat on the left side.
