CONTROL IC (ET2090F0A)
SCOPE
The ET2090F0A is a synchronization controller IC for
driver-equipped TFT active matrix panels.
FEATURES
1) Operation clock frequency: Max. 75MHz
2) Supports VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA, HDTV(720P) (In
case of SXGA used 1/2 dot clock)
3) Video signal polarity switching signal output
4) Is able to simultaneously drive three interface ICs
5) Is able to drive sampling and holding ICs
(ET6050S0B, ET6060D0A).
6) Set by 3 line serial interface
7) CMOS Si-Gate process
8) Package: 64-pin-QFP
