    Dial Plan Setup The 4602 SIP Telephone uses custom dial plans to assist in routing telephone calls and to minimize dialing delays experienced by users. In addition, the phone automatically attempts to dial a non-null dial sequence after a period of DialDelay seconds have passed.

The TimeZone parameter can be up to two ASCII characters. Because the phone does not accept a plus (+) or negative (-) sign, you have to use a formula to obtain a numerical time zone value to use.
