４-１０. Stepping foot mechanism (KE-435B, 435C, 436B, 436C)
Adjust while referring to
"5-16. Changing the
work clamp lift".
Adjust while referring to
"5-15. Work clamp
adjustment".
Set the presser adjusting screw so that the distance
from its top to the top of the machine head is
approximately 32 mm, and then secure the nut.

Insert the presser bar spring and the
presser bar spring guide into the top of
the machine head, pass them through
the washer, and then place them onto the
presser bar.
