  • Page 11 Recoil Starter Handle The recoil starter handle is used to manually start the engine. Chute Rotation Control (If so equipped) The chute rotation control is located on the back of the snow thrower. To rotate the chute to the left, squeeze the lever against the chute rotation control and rotate left.
