Warning label against

Finger guard
This is a cover for
preventing contact
between fingers
and the needle.
Power switch
This is a switch for disconnecting
the power unit of the sewing machine
from the power supply.
Selection of the power switch

Be sure to use the IEC60204-1-com-
pliant power switch with rated current
of 20A or more and short-circuit
breaking capacity of 120 A or more.
In addition, be aware that the safety devices such as the "eye protection cover" and "finger
guard" are sometimes omitted in the sketches, illustrations and figures included in the Instruc-
tion Manual for the explanation's sake. In the practical use, never remove those safety devices.
