a. Email
Select addresses from your company's email address book (Directory –
Exchange/Notes/LDAP), address searching (internal or Public address book – up to 128
recipients) through SMTP, MIME encoded network protocols or type them in at the device
user interface. Email integrates easily with your existing email infrastructure. There's no
additional PC or server to administer or protect. Plus, with the built-in Authentication
features, you control access and ensure email messages are associated with the actual sender.
b. Network Scanning
hardcopy documents to a wide range of destinations, where they can be integrated into
existing networks and client applications – or into customized image capture and workflow
