Entering Menu Mode

Press the Menu key to enter Menu mode. The message window displays
the menus.

Press the scroll keys or a numeric key (1–6) to choose from the following
menus: 1.Common Setup, 2.Copy Setup, 3.Report, 4.Fax Setup,
5.PhoneBook or 6.Special Fax.

Press the Select key to select an option when it appears on the message
window. The message window displays the next menu level.

Press the scroll keys to view the next menu item.

Press the Select key.
When an option has been selected, the message window displays Set-
ting OK on the bottom line. The current setting is always the option with
a checkmark (v).

Hold the appropriate scroll key down to navigate more quickly
through each menu level.
