To update the firmware, DIP switches need to be repositioned. The previous illustration shows the
location of the DIP switches, and their default (factory setting) position.
Only the area labeled S1 needs to be repositioned. Do not touch the other dip switches and button.
LOADING DATA
Start the flash writer program (SHBoot) by double clicking the SHboot icon. The following screen should
be seen.
Each block must be updated one at a time.
Do not perform an update if the firmware version is already the newest available.
Proceed in the following order:
AR2300 is OFF.
① Set the dip switches properly
② Power on AR2300
③ Load the BOOT file
④ Load the FIRMWARE
⑤ Click on WRITE START
⑥ Power OFF AR2300 and start again from STEP 1 if you need to update another block.
To load the data, click the button

Between these 2 updates it is necessary to boot the receiver once
during 30 seconds, with the dip switches in their default position!
