Adjusting the zoom by the zoom ring

If the lens has a zoom ring, you can adjust the magnification by turning it to the right or left.
Magnification setting by the zoom ring can only be performed within the optical range of the
lens. For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the lens.

• Do not grab or apply a strong force to the lens cylinder that rolls out when zooming. The lens may be
damaged.
• You may need to set a switch on the lens to MANUAL, depending on the lens you are using.
