You can temporarily change the transmission settings.
Enter email addresses
(a) Enter by any combination of the following methods:
(Up to 200 stations)
One-Touch Dialling
Abbreviated Dialling
Directory Search Dialling, press
email address is entered.
(b) Enter the full email address (up to 50 addresses).
Manual Number Dialling, press
station is entered.
Manual Number Dialling can not be used in
combination with One-Touch and Abbreviated Dialling.
START
The document(s) is stored into memory with a file number.
Then starts to send the email message.
1. If your machine sounds an alarm (pi–pi–pi) at Step 2, this indicates that the Dialer is Full (more than 50 full
email addresses are entered or 30 transmission reservations including G3 communication have been
already reserved).
2. If the transmission can not be completed for any reason, the email may be returned undelivered, otherwise
no reply will be printed.
3. The unit will not accept a combination of email addresses and PSTN dialling numbers.
4. When multiple stations are selected, the total number of stations will be shown in top left corner of the
display.
