Saving Sent/Received Faxes in Boxes

When Receiving Faxes

When faxes are received, the data is saved in the following boxes depending
on the fax status and the sender's settings.
Saving Destination
Bulletin Board User Box
Memory RX User Box

When Sending Faxes

A box can be treated as a destination when sending faxes. Boxes can be
registered as destinations in the address book from the Utility mode, or a box
can be specified by using the Direct Input tab when the fax is sent.
The following procedure describes how to specify a box as a destination and
how to use the Direct Input tab.

Using a Box Destination

A destination where a box has been registered is called a "box destination".
Box destinations are saved on the Address Book tab and are indicated by
"B" on their buttons.
The following procedure describes how to save data to a specified box
destination that has already been registered.

Saves documents used for the bulletin board.
Received documents can be force-saved into the memory
and printed when desired.
The list of received documents is referred to as the force
memory reception box.
