010-325 An internal communication error
occurred in the machine.
093-912 Out of toner.
091-912 The machine cannot correctly
sense the connection to the
Drum Cartridge, or the Drum
Cartridge may not be installed at
all.
091-913 The Drum Cartridge needs to be
replaced.
091-914 The Drum Cartridge is defective. Replace the Drum Cartridge.

016-756 The use of the service is
restricted for a particular user
account.
016-757 A wrong passcode was entered. Enter the correct passcode.
016-759 When Copy Auditron or Print
Auditron is enabled on the
machine, the copy or print job
limit that has been set for a
particular user account has
been reached.
Description Remedy
Switch the machine off and on. If
the error persists, contact the
Xerox Welcome Center.
Add toner.

If the Drum Cartridge is installed
in the machine, pull it out
halfway, and push it back in
again.
If the Drum Cartridge is not
installed in the machine at all,
install the recommended Drum
Cartridge.

Change the setting to permit the
user account to access the
service.

Press any button to clear the
error. Change the copy or print
job limit for the user account in
the System Setting Mode (menu
number: 801 to 899, 901 to 999).
The copy or print count for the
user account will be reset to "0"
by changing the job limit.
