Wire Connection
Notes on wire connection
When connecting the plugs and sleeves, be sure to insert the plug until it locks securely. After
completing connections, fasten the cords using cord clamps and tapes.

Sleeve
If the male knob is in the shape shown at A,
cut the female sleeve about 5 mm.
Example of connecting reverse gear or handbrake signal lead
Connect each signal lead using the supplied electro-taps.
From this unit
1. Place the lead from this unit at the stopper, and fold it back in the direction of the arrow.
2. Pass the vehicle signal lead through, and fold it back in the direction of the arrow.

Example of relay usage
Use a special installation kit (relay cord kit), sold separately, prepared specifically for your model. For
applicable models, consult the dealer where you purchased this unit.
Note:
When connecting the main power supply cord (yellow) of the main unit, connect it to a spare terminal of this unit.
