POWER CORD REPLACEMENT

- ALL MODELS -
To replace the power cord (all models):
Do not operate the food processor if the power cord is
damaged. Replace the damaged cord with a new power cord
assembly immediately. To replace the Power Cord:
1.
Unplug the power cord and remove the housing base.
2.
Make sure to identify and mark the orientation of the white
and black wires going to the power cord terminal block
prior to removal.
3.
Using a narrow flat blade screwdriver, loosen the two (2)
screws in the power cord terminal block securing the white
and black wires that lead to the power cord.
4.
Pull the white and black wires out of the terminal block.
5.
For 9 and 12 cup food processors with cast motor
housings, remove the Phillips head screw securing the
green ground wire to the cast motor housing.
6.
Using a T-20 torx driver, remove the two (2) M4X18
screws securing the power cord and the plastic cord lock
to the motor housing.
7.
Remove the old power cord and replace it with the same
Part No. power cord in the reverse order. Do not over-
tighten the screws that secure the plastic cord lock.

MOTOR DAMPING GROMMET REPLACEMENT

- 7 CUP FOOD PROCESSORS -
To replace the motor damping grommet:
1.
Unplug the power cord and remove the housing base.
2.
If the motor damping grommet is worn or damaged,
remove it by pulling it from its nest in the center of the
housing base.
3.
Replace the motor damping grommet into its nest in the
center of the housing base (ribbed side down) making sure
it is fully seated in the base.
