You cannot access
remotely
Make sure that the
telephone you are
using to access your
Response 85 has a
TouchTone
keypad.

When entering your
code, make sure you
allow enough time, at
least 2 seconds,
between digits for
your Response 85 to
recognise each one.
VIP function does
not respond
Make sure that VIP is
switched on.
See 'To switch VIP on
or off', page 18.
To reset
If you encounter a
problem and your
Response 85 will not
respond to any button
presses, remove the
battery then turn off
the power for 10
seconds. Turning the
power back on will
reset your Response
85 to answer-on mode.
All messages will be
lost when resetting
your Response 85.
