Status LED System Condition
Flashing System is updating firmware.

No USB connection.

Flashing Corrupted firmware.

Flashing Computer is in Standby mode. Turn on the computer.

Resolution
Wait for the update to finish.
Check the cable between the
controller box and computer.
NOTE: Do not disconnect the
cable. Disconnecting the cable
may cause memory loss.
Run the SMART Firmware
Upgrade Wizard.
