Bookmarking a
place in a disc
(DVD/Video CD)
If you watch only part of a DVD disc with
the intention of picking up later where you
left off, you can bookmark the place then
resume playback at a later date without
having to manually search for the right
place.
You can use this feature for up to five discs
(after that the oldest bookmark is deleted
to make space for a new one).
• At the point from which you
want to resume playback next
time, press LAST MEMORY,
then stop the disc (7).
• To resume playback, load the
disc and press LAST MEMORY.
(If the disc started auto play-
back, stop it first.)
• To clear the last memo position
of the disc loaded, press LAST
MEMORY then C (Clear) while
Last Memory is displayed on-
screen.
Note: Bookmarking also works with
Video CD, but for one disc only, and you
must leave the disc in the system—
opening the disc tray erases the memory.
Last Memory may not work reliably with
some PBC Video CDs.

reprendre plus tard à l'endroit où vous
l'avez laissé, vous pouvez indexer l'endroit
puis reprendre la lecture un autre jour
sans devoir rechercher manuellement le
bon endroit.
Vous pouvez utiliser cette caractéristique
pour un maximum de cinq disques (après
quoi l'ancienne indexation est effacée pour
laisser de l'espace pour la nouvelle).
• Au point où vous souhaitez
reprendre la lecture la
prochaine fois, appuyez sur
LAST MEMORY, puis arrêtez le
disque (7).
• Pour reprendre la lecture,
chargez le disque et appuyez sur
LAST MEMORY. (Si le disque
démarre la lecture
automatiquement, arrêtez-le
d'abord.)
• Pour supprimer la dernière
position mémorisée du disque
chargé, appuyez sur LAST
MEMORY puis sur C (Clear)
alors que Last Memory est
affichée à l'écran.
Remarque : L'indexation ne fonctionne
qu'avec les CD vidéo, mais pour un seul
disque, et vous devez laisser le disque dans
la chaîne—l'ouverture du plateau à
disque efface la mémoire. Il se peut que
Last Memory ne fonctionne pas fidèlement
avec certains CD vidéo PBC.
