To Release a Specific Party From a Conference
Keyphone
1. While engaged in a conference, press [TRANSFER].
Or, press [CNF] button, if programmed.
2. Press the outside line or the desired station button to be released.
3. Press [TRANSFER].
Or, press [CNF] button to return to the conference.
Standard phone
1. While engaged in a conference, hookflash.
2. Dial the outside line number or station number to be released.
3. Hookflash to return to the conference.

Unsupervised Conference

You may allow two or more outside lines to be conferenced after you hang up.

1. While engaged in a conference.
2. Hang up.
Standard phone
1. While engaged in a conference.
2. Hang up.
N O T E : The system will release the outside lines after a
preprogrammed amount of time.
