Troubleshooting

If you are unable to resolve a malfunction, please contact your supplier or system integrator,
or go directly to Bosch Security Systems Customer Service.

will find a detailed table that is intended to help you identify the causes of malfunctions and
correct them where possible.

LEDs

The VIP X1600 XF network video server is equipped with a number of LEDs that show the
operating status and can give indications of possible malfunctions:
