OVERLOAD PROTECTOR
The overload protector stopsthe motor when the
brushjams and preventsbeltbreakage.
To correct problem:
I. Unplug electrical cord,
2. Check brush and brush support areas for excessive
lint build-up or jamming.

The suction control
increases ordecreases

weights. Opening the
control decreases suc-

lightweight rugs. Closing
the control increases

carpets.

The hose swivel allows

a need to check the dust
bag for being full or other areas that may be

NOTE: Red lines m ay appear when usingattach-
ments orwhen cleaningnew carpet,due to
reduced airflow b y the attachments themselvesor
new carpet fuzz filling the bag quickly.
