    AutoDome 700/800 Updating The AutoDome 700 or AutoDome 800 Firmware The latest firmware is available on the Bosch Security Systems Web site. A firmware update contains one file (typically a .fw file) and updates the communications module inside the AutoDome.

    (coaxial or passive UTP). For a Bilinx connection, the CTFID is connected to an analog camera using a BNC to USB converter (Bosch part VP-USB). For a serial connection, the analog camera is connected to a computer through the DB9 Com port.

    To create a Bilinx interface between a PC and an AutoDome 600 or MIC Series 550 you must have a Bosch VP-USB connector.     Check the version of the SC Boot firmware file to determine the service pack that you must start with. See Section 2.1 Selecting the Service Pack, on page 7. Download the service pack from the Bosch Security Systems Web site.
