best results
0 Fully preheat the oven before baking items like
cookies, biscuits and breads.
When using any single rack, position the rack so
that the food is in the center of the oven.
For best results when baking cakes using 2 oven
racks, place racks in positions 2 and 4
(Figure 1). Use the Luxury Glide
TM
rack in
position 4.
If using two flat racks, place racks in positions 2
and 5 (Figure 1).
When baking using 2 oven racks, position
cookware as shown in Figure 2. Allow at least 2
inches (5 cm) of space between cookware for
proper air circulation.
Cookies and biscuits should be baked on pans
with no sides or very low side to allow heated air
to circulate around the food.
Food items baked on pans with a dark finish will
cook faster.
Use the radiant bake function for cakes.
