Like stand alone pedals, the pedal 2 effect offers eleven of the
most popular pedal effect types. For example, you can assign
different distortion pedals to the stand alone pedal and pedal
2 to create more complex and elaborate sounds.
1. VOX V845
This models the VOX V845
wah pedal, which features

sounds relative to the V847
wah pedal. If you select VOX
V845, the expression pedal
will automatically function as
a wah pedal.

2. BRN OCTAVE
This models a pedal that adds weight to the sound by generating
a sound one octave below, and mixing this with the original
sound.

3. ACOUSTIC
This is ideal when you want to play acoustic sounds. It's a
simulator that transforms the sound of an electric guitar into
the sound of an acoustic guitar.
We recommend that you use this with a single‐coil (i.e., low
output) neck (front) pickup

4. RING MOD
A ring modulator is an effect that uses an oscillator to gener‐
ate a sine wave which is then multiplied with the signal from
your guitar to produce harmonics above and below the fre‐
quencies originally produced by your guitar. This creates
complex and unpredictable pitches.
