2.1 Installing the Printer Driver (Install Printer Driver Button)

Confirm that the port name specified in Step 9 is shown in the Displays
the specified port list box of the Printer Driver Installation dialog box.
Then click Start to install.
The installation of the printer driver begins.

When the installation is completed, the following dialog box will be
displayed. Click OK.

next to Displays the specified port if the printer is to be used
as a local printer (the printer and the computer are directly connected
by a parallel cable). Select LPT1: (Local Port) from the list
displayed.
Refer to the Network Print Environment User Guide (Net.pdf) if the printer is to be used
as a network printer.
