CALIBRATION PROCEDURE

l
The calibration must be done in manual ranging
mode.
l
Power-up the Meter and allow it to stabilize for one
hour.
l
The accuracy of the original source must be 1/3 better
than the calibrated range
A. DC Voltage (Calibrate both positive and negative
polarity)
200mV:
Short circuit the test lead, press REL
display "0", input
button.
The Meter displays: (--CAL--)
(190.000mV), calibration finished.
2V
:
Short circuit the test lead, press REL
display "0", input
button.
The Meter displays: (--CAL--)
(1.90000V), calibration finished.
to
190mV, then press CAL
(-HI-END)
to
1.9V, then press CAL
(-HI-END)
20V
:
Short circuit the test lead, press REL
display "0", input 19V, then press CAL
button.
The Meter displays: (--CAL--)
(19.0000V), calibration finished.
200V :
Short circuit the test lead, press REL
display "0", input
button.
The Meter displays: (--CAL--)
(190.000V), calibration finished
1000V :
Short circuit the test lead, press REL
display "0", input
button.
The Meter displays: (--CAL--)
(1000.00V), calibration finished

(-HI-END)
