service provider transmits a specific

"TopNews.ini" file along with the audio

objects so that this TopNews player can

interpret the service. If this parameter

file is not found under the decoded ob-

jects the TopNews player cannot be

started.

The upper part of the TopNews player

screen displays first the lable of the serv-

ice, then the category name and finally

the message title.

The lower part of this screen has on the

left side the button for start. By press-

ing this button all available messages

are played automatically. The stop but-

ton which stops every playing and the

pause button to pause every playing.

The moving bar is for the volume control.

The four buttons on the lower right part

of the screen showing the four direc-

tions are used to step manually through

this service.
