Scanning messages
Pressing ? provides you with the fol-
lowing information regarding the
selected message:
■ Date and time when the message
occurred for the first time.
■ Note about the heat pump charac-
teristics and those of the heating
system.
■ Tips on which steps you can take
yourself before notifying your heat-
ing contractor.
3. Make a note of the message text and
the message code to the right of it. In
this example: "Outside temp sensor
18" and "Power-OFF C5" (see
page 48).
This enables the heating contractor to
be better prepared for the service call
and may save additional travelling
costs.
4. If you want to acknowledge all mes-
sages, follow the instructions in the
menu. If you do not want to acknowl-
edge the messages, press ä.
The entry "Note", "Warning" or
"Fault" will be adopted into the
"Standard menu" as well as into the
"Extended menu" as the first entry.

Note
■ If you have connected up signalling
equipment (e.g. an alarm) for fault
messages, this is deactivated when
the fault message is acknowledged.
■ If the fault can only be rectified at a
later date, the fault message is dis-
played again the next day and the sig-
nalling equipment (if installed) is
switched on again.
■ If you acknowledge the fault message
"Heat pump A9", central and DHW
heating will be provided by the instan-
taneous heating water heater (on site)
alone. As this is associated with high
electricity costs, we recommend hav-
ing the heat pump checked by your
local heating contractor as quickly as
possible.
Calling up acknowledged messages
1. Call up the "Standard menu" or the
"Extended menu".
2. Select "Note", "Warning" or
"Fault".
