Problem: Handlebar or Seat Post is too Tight
Solution:
1. Clean and lubricate the handlebar/seat post extension tube
and frame sleeves with silicone lube.
2. If fit remains tight, switch the handlebar or seat post with
one from another bike.
3. If this does not fix the problem order a new sleeve.
Problem: Stretch Pads - worn out, torn
Solution:
1. Remove complete pad.
2. Clean surface of all adhesive material with alcohol or
acetone
3. Apply replacement pad.
