Stainless steel surfaces
Clean stainless steel surfaces using an
E-Cloth (see "Optional accessories") or
with a solution of warm water and a little
washing-up liquid applied with a soft
sponge. In the case of stubborn
dried-on soiling, soak first.
Finally, dry with a soft cloth.
Miele ceramic and stainless steel hob
cleaning agent can be used if required
(see "Optional accessories"). Apply with
an even pressure following the direction
of the "grain".
Miele conditioning agent for stainless
steel can be used after cleaning to help
prevent re-soiling (see "Optional
accessories").
Apply sparingly with a soft cloth
following the instructions on the
packaging.
Printed surfaces (Flame symbols)
Remove any soiling which comes
into contact with the printed flame
symbols straight away. Soiling,
particularly salty food or liquid and
olive oil, can cause damage if left on
the printed surfaces for a long time.
Do not use stainless steel cleaning
agents on the printed flame
symbols. This would rub off the print.
Cleaning and care
Pan supports, control knobs
Do not clean the pan supports in a
dishwasher.
Remove the pan supports. Clean the
pan support and the control knob with a
solution of warm water and a little
washing-up liquid applied with a soft
sponge. Stubborn soiling should be
soaked first.
After cleaning dry all surfaces with a
clean cloth.
